About Me.
Hello my name is Skylar Watkins, I am a freelance Photographer and Graphic Designer who also goes under the name Halcyonic Dream. Weird name, I know, but it's one that I hold close to my heart. The word halcyon means "denoting a period of time in the past that was idyllically peaceful and happy" Since discovering the word, I have formed it into my own personal motto; "Go live your life like a halcyonic dream."
During freshman year of high school I discovered the Graphic Design Industry and it sparked my creative side. From then on, attending a career technical school for Graphic Design and Imaging then eventually at The Modern College of Design where I graduated with an Associates degree in Applied Business in Design.
